Congratulations to Matt Smith and Tom Baker.
Matt is the newest PH Fellow. 
Here he is award his plaque by President Jim and PDG Barbara. The Editor's apologies to Barbara for catching her in mid-animated speech!
Following his own advice to contribute to the Foundation is Tom Baker, Foundation Chair for Daybreak Rotary, who is receiving his PH Additional award. Tom has done wonders in encouraging Daybreak participation in this important international program.
