Megan Klaeger of the Highland Lakes Legal Center (HLLC), returned to update the Daybreak Rotary Club of Marble Falls on the activities of the area nonprofit law office.
In fact, Klaeger said that the HLLC would not have been founded if she had not been part of Rotary at the time.
Good news, she's considering joining again!
Not only that, but those in attendance had a chance to meet the center's newest attorney, Sonya Carrillo, who joined in November 2017.
Carrillo also expressed an interest in joining the Rotary Club. She is a Sweetwater native who just moved to Marble Falls from a law firm in Fort Worth.
Back to the program, Klaeger told the Daybreak club that the HLLC serves nearly 90 clients, 80 percent of which are female.
Klaeger was sponsored May 1 by Courtney Pardue.
