Bartlett Tank Liners Brings Australian Water-Collection Innovation to Blanco County

MARBLE FALLS, Texas — August 11, 2026 — Dave O’Brian recently shared the story of Bartlett Tank Liners with members of the Marble Falls Daybreak Rotary, highlighting the company’s international history, local manufacturing operation and innovative approach to water collection.

Bartlett Tank Liners is a 70-year-old Australian company owned and operated by three brothers. The company has grown to four manufacturing facilities and employs approximately 120 people. In 2022, Bartlett expanded its operations to Texas with the opening of a manufacturing facility in Blanco County.

The company specializes in manufacturing liners for water-collection tanks, bringing decades of Australian experience to the growing need for water conservation and collection in the United States.

According to O’Brian, Australia is approximately 30 years ahead of the United States in the development and use of water-collection systems. Bartlett Tank Liners is helping bring that experience and technology to the American market through its locally manufactured products.

Quality and safety are central to the company's operations. Bartlett's tank-liner products are NSF certified, and the company's manufacturing facilities are also NSF certified, providing customers with confidence in the products' quality and suitability for water-collection applications.
