Marble Falls Daybreak Rotary Club Hosts Annual Clay Shoot Fundraiser
MARBLE FALLS, TEXAS — The Marble Falls Daybreak Rotary Club hosted its annual Clay Shoot Fundraiser on August 15 at Copperhead Creek Shooting Club in Marble Falls. With the support of volunteers from His Joshua House in Kingsland, Texas, 11 teams were brought together for a morning of friendly competition and support for organizations and programs serving the Highland Lakes community.
Mike Tatum earned this year's “Top Shot” honors for his outstanding individual performance.
The Prosperity Bank Team, consisting of Mike Tatum, Blaine Tatum, Ryder Tatum, and Edward Bass, captured first place in the team competition.
Finishing in second place was the High Class Low Brass Team, made up of Joe Whiteley, Doug Harris, James Byington, and Luke Weems.
The annual clay shoot is one of the Marble Falls Daybreak Rotary Club's fundraisers that helps the club support a wide range of local organizations, youth programs, families, and community initiatives.

Through the generosity of participants and sponsors, and community supporters, the club is able to invest in programs that provide assistance, educational opportunities, resources, and support to individuals and families throughout the Highland Lakes and beyond.
“We are grateful to everyone who participated, sponsored, volunteered, and helped make this year's clay shoot a success,” said representatives of the Marble Falls Daybreak Rotary Club. “The event is not only a great opportunity for fellowship and friendly competition, but also helps us give back to the many organizations and causes that make a difference in our community.”
